“Les Gîtes 3 Collines” is a family-run vacation rental where we take pleasure in welcoming guests of all ages to help them discover our magnificent island.
In one of our three comfortable, cozy, and functional 50-square-meter wooden bungalows, you’ll feel right at home. They’re very functional, fully equipped with every comfort, and beautifully decorated. In the air-conditioned master bedroom, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The living room features a sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious local dishes. You’ll enjoy complete privacy thanks to the private terrace and small, tree-lined garden. You’ll also be able to enjoy a barbecue whenever you like.
In the common area, relax, unwind, and socialize around the pool and its adjoining cabana, which you can use at your leisure and where you’ll find a play area, bar, barbecue, and small lounge. The property has a private parking lot open to its tenants.
We’re ideally located in Le Gosier, in a neighborhood that combines the tranquility of a rural residential area, lush greenery, and proximity to EVERYTHING—all within a 5–10-minute drive: beaches (Vinaigri, Saint-Félix, Datcha, …), downtown, shops, restaurants/bars, .... At the same time, we’re not far from major highways and sit at the crossroads between the magnificent white-sand beaches of Grande-Terre and the tropical wonders of Basse-Terre.

Our three bungalows are the same size and offer the same level of amenities, comfort, and services.
The Palmier Bungalow is our first bungalow. Below are some of its main features:
- Floor area: 50 m²
- Capacity: up to 4 people
- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a queen-size bed
- 1 living room with a table for 4, TV, and a 2-person sofa bed
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 private terrace
- 1 small private garden with trees
- 1 barbecue
- 1 outdoor shower
Our little extras:
- Linens, bath towels, and dish towels provided
- Free baby bed available upon request
- Free Wi-Fi
- Self-service washing machine
- Private parking
- Airport transfer available for a fee upon request
