Excellent Property

The location and decor was beautiful.

The primary bedroom faced the street lights, which were bright. Luckily there were drapes so that helped.

It was very clean and had everything we needed for all 6 guests. It was just a short 30min walk to the riverfront. Safe part of town. Getting an uber was super easy. The open floor plan made hanging out and cooking so fun because we could all be together but still have space.

I wish it were a little closer to the riverfront but the house itself was very nice. My only thing I didn’t love was the stairs. Very steep and made us a little nervous.

The stay was wonderful and very clean.

The location was near all we wanted to do. We were able to walk to some destinations.

Being right by the red light caused lots of noise. The transit buses were many and loud since house was right on the road.

Even though we have some issues as stated above we overall found the space comfortable and in a good location.

There was easy access to Forsyth Park and the DOT trolley. Comfortable and spacious condo. The space worked well for the three of us. Convenient parking for our car.

I usually walk barefoot when inside a home but the floors were dirty so I resorted to wearing shoes when inside. The shared bathtub did not drain. When taking a shower we were in standing water. We would like to suggest that some hooks be placed in shared bathroom so towels had a place to hang, also hooks in the 2 smaller bedrooms would be convenient. One of the bedrooms had no closets or drawers so we moved a small one in from the other room. The coffee pot didn’t work properly. We kept fussing with it and would eventually get the water to drain through the grounds. I think the spring where the water drips into the pot is busted. (We sent a message while we were there informing property that there is a leak upstairs in pipes. we could see bulging in living room ceiling after taking a shower).

clean and comfortable

close to kroger, mate factor grocery shop and forsyth park. unit was very clean and comfortable, especially the king suite with the brand new shower. great place for a family vacation. overall, comparative to the other rentals the same size, i think it was a great value for the money.

it's in a decent area, not the nicest in savannah but not the worst either. you do need a car to get to the river walk area. the unit would not be great for a person with mobility issues, there is a long flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. it would be ok for little ones with a baby gate.

Maintenance and cleaning need to step it up.

It was in a great location. Very spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable.

The bathroom floor had muddy foot prints (yes muddy footprints), hair in the tub, sink, floor. Outside there were cigarette butts on the ground, half a joint on the railing. The dryer didn’t work and even though we were there several nights they never came to fix it. They did refund $30 for us having to go take a load of wet clothes to a laundromat while on vacation but that wasn’t really a good way to make it better. I had to clean mud and cigarette butts but they wouldn’t return my cleaning fee.

Location, cleanliness, patio, appearance.

Only two TV’s in the three bedrooms. The furniture was somewhat rigid but it didn’t rise to the level of a negative sentiment towards the furniture. Initial description about the # of bathrooms is a little murky. Could also just be me.

it was mostly comfortable and spacious. it was helpful that it was only two blocks from a grocery store. the shower was amazing; great water pressure. the parking space was nearby.

the steepness of the stairs. the property was shown as handicapped accessible but that was really only applicable to the first floor which has no bedrooms. if my 77 year old mother had been with me as she was supposed to be, she would have had a lot of trouble with those stairs. the bed in the back bedroom wasn’t so comfortable so I moved after the first night to the front bedroom and it was much better although a bit louder as it’s next to Price Street.

The smell of the house needs to be addressed but the house is in a great location to downtown.

The location of the house was in a great place to downtown and easy to walk. We liked how much space that we had at the place and had enough bathrooms for the amount of people that we had. We liked that a grocery store was close by.

The house wreaked of the smell of weed as you walked in, I am not sure if they people before us smoked as we found littles pieces of weed as we arrived. It smelled very strong every time you walked into the house. The wifi did not work, we contacted them about this issue and it was never fixed.

location was on the edge of the historic district. short walk to attractions. easy check-in/check-out. clean, well stocked with dishes, and bedding.

master bedroom had dresser. other 2 bedrooms had closets no dressers. had trouble with AC that took almost 2 days to correct. all the bedrooms were upstairs; although sofa bed was downstairs

The representative was not willing to extend any courtesies. Check-in is at 4pm but we didn’t arrive until after 8pm. I requested an hour later to check-out but the representative said, “Sorry check-out is 10am and we can’t change that”.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Stadthaus mit kurzen Wegen in die Stadt

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es wurde von Seiten der Gastgeber explizit nach der Sauberkeit gefragt, ob alles passt. Die Ausstattung, vorallem in der Küche war super, alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden, inkl. Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, es sind insgesamt 2 Etagen. Die Bäder waren auch sehr sauber und groß.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt sind die nicht ganz verdunkelnden Rollos und die durchaus vorhandene Lautstärke von der Straße.
