Location, private, convenient, welcome package with a few essentials. Provides a place you can stay comfortably with the beach, grocery stores, and entertainment within walking distance.

Needs updates. Sliding door doesn't work, shower door doesn't work, bathroom door sticks, bed was sooo loud, lock code is too long, was given wrong code for pool gate.

The bed was hard as if you were on box springs very uncomfortable bed, Only 1 channel on the tv.

Very simple accommodations. Perfect for myself and two children. Private outdoor space and a short two minute walk to the beach. Sheets and pillows are provided in the main guestroom along with a comforter. The pull out sofa did not have sheets, pillows, or a blanket... which was explained in the overview of the rental, bring your own if you plan to use the pullout. As also explained in the overview there were a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods for us to use. Also, hotel size soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. Bath towels were also provided. Kitchen is fully stocked.

We did have ants in the kitchen but it was very wet outside, all food was put away but they were able to find the trash can. The cleanliness of the apartment was not great. The bathroom faucet and mirror had toothpaste "spray" on them. Nothing a few disinfectant wipes couldn't fix. There were a few minor maintenance issues, the towel bar in the bathroom is not well attached. The screen door to the patio is not intact.
