Tenuta Sofia

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. The staffs are so kind and very helpful. The attention to detail was excellent, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed staying at this property. The peace and quiet, the beautiful Italian countryside, and having breakfast while enjoying the view of the olive trees made the experience truly special.

Nothing

The family is lovely, especially the dad :)

Charging your customer 10€ for a change of towels is unacceptable, we thought there’s supposed to be daily cleaning and hence towels would be changed anyway — it was very foggy during the night so our towels left dry outside were soaked wet in the morning so we have no choice but to ask for a change. Secondly, the home-made dinner was simple and lovely— but charging 30€ per person for a tomato pasta dinner without meat or seafood is way too overpriced (!!). Overall it left the impression of being out there just to make money. And breakfast was also extremely simple— just a pastry and a drink per person. We had to ask for extras such as some yoghurt, or coffee. The hosts are indeed lovely people but our stay overall was average and we were very unhappy about the ridiculous charges at the end.
