The house is newly renovated and the pool has been newly added. Around the house is a large garden. The house gives you absolute privacy as there are no neighbours nearby.
The house offers four bedrooms with a double bed each - but if you prefer in two of the bedrooms you can also have an option of single beds. There is a modern, open plan living-/dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchen. Of the three bathrooms one has a bath tub and the other two have a shower cabin.
The village grocery store is approximately 250 m away. The house is in the center of the island so when you want to explore the island, all the places worth visiting are nearby. To the nearest beach it is a 5 km drive. The nearest town is the beautiful historical Vrbnik - a center of the wine making region of our island.
