Sehr flexibel bei den check-in und check-out Zeiten und bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Kurze Antwortzeiten bei der Kommunikation. Gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Terrasse mit Sicht- und Sonnenschutz. Zentrale Lage zu Strand, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei und diversen Lokalen.

In den Apartment-Richtlinien steht: Private Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei in der Nähe (Reservierung ist erforderlich) zur Verfügung. Das war nicht so, wir mussten nach eigenen Verhandlungen € 40 für den Parkplatz zahlen. Der Apartment-Verwalter (Eigentümer sind angeblich aus Italien) hat uns nur gesagt wo wir fragen können ob wir kostenfrei parken dürfen. Der Meerblick und Stadtblick sind sehr eingeschränkt. Dominant ist der Blick in einen wilden Innenhof beziehungsweise in eine Hauswand und auf die stark frequentierte öffentliche Treppe die vom Kreisverkehr in die Fußgängerzone führt. Zum Glück gibt es auf der Terrasse Sichtschutzvorhänge.

Close to the beach. Clean and new apartment. Nice bathroom.

There was a main promenade 2 meters from terrace. The terrace and apartment wasn't isolated properly from it. A lot of noise.

The apartment is very close to the sea 300m which perfect. It's new and have all the things one would need. For us It has a smaller bed than normal size and we were disturbed by the lights from the devices and the sound of the refrigerator during the night. Terrace is common with the neighboring apartment .

Apartment is just against a passage which goes to the sea and it is a bit noisy. The car park is a bit away so you first take luggages in to ap. and you have to manage the pass of the stairs down and then up again.

We stayed at Sole&Amore for 14 days. Location is perfect, just few steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes and very close to old town. Studio is functional, cosy and well equipped. Maria Rita is very good owner, always ready to help if there is any problem.

There was nothing particular that we didn't like. The only thing that might be disturbing are transitional stairs next/above the apartment and the fact that you are sharing terrace with the studio next door. But we had great neighbours the entire time of our stay.
