The apartment is located in a well-maintained high-rise building by the beach. It’s spacious, fully equipped, and very new. It has a washing machine in the bathroom, air conditioning in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We didn’t need the air conditioning at all at night—the ceiling fans were enough, and we even needed to use a blanket. The kitchen appliances are practically brand new. The host was warm and thoughtful. When we couldn’t get an Uber, she helped us contact a reliable driver. Since we had to catch a flight, we checked out at 5 a.m., and the host went out of her way to get up early for us. We’re very grateful to her.

If you are looking for a place that offers PARKING, this is not the right fit! When I was searching for places to stay, I specifically applied the filter for PARKING included. I specifically chose this place and passed over other desirable apartments for the PARKING. We had a rental car and didn’t want to stressing about looking for parking in an area that’s very difficult to park. So when we checked in & found that instead of guaranteed parking, there was a tiny lot with about 20 spaces to accommodate a huge apartment building with 20 floors. The lot was first come first serve, & was ALWAYS full of course! That’s the opposite of guaranteed parking. & the owner needs the remove that as part of their listing because it’s false advertising. The owner’s suggested we find street parking, which we spent so much effort trying to avoid in our research. It was a HUGE inconvenience & we were very upset, without any resolution being offered. There is also super loud construction being done on the buildings next to us, that starts at about 8am, waking us from sleep. This isn’t the host’s fault, but if something to consider for anyone wanting to book the apartment.
