The staff were very friendly

They did not mention how to access the Bubble in Booking page. It was challenging to take scooter down the hill and then park and walk along the beach in the sand for 15 minutes with your bags. Second the pictures in Booking shows only two types of Bubble all at the beach, we took the one with pool. After we arrived, they gave us a villa 100 meters from the beach with no view. Also, big suitcases are not allowed. You have to but your stuff into little bags they provide for you. We booked two nights, and we checked out after first night.

The bubble hotel is a little world of your own.

The food was well organised and the bubble itself was quite clean and comfortable. The pool facing south with a beach running west to east made for great photos at sunrise and sunset and Yes, you can see both quite clearly from this location. The fire and marshmallows made for a lovely evening before a good night's rest.

As I was prepared for a Glamping type situation, I have no complaints.

Amazing setting.. right on the beach front.. the staff were amazing, food was good and the bubble itself was much more comfortable and a/c more effective than we’d imagined… the site has amazing views of the divine, turquoise ocean to the front and is surrounded by green, lush, tropical jungle.. this is just a beautiful place to be!

We tired of all the social media posing going on around us but we’re probably just too old to get it and won’t hold this against the Bubble Hotel😂

Could be so much better.

The pods are very romantic, but the lack of local amenities and access issues outweigh the unique accommodation and setting.

The 25 minute walk across the beach to the bubble in 35 degree heat - just buy a quad bike!! The scooter journey to the beach from reception is also not for the faint hearted as the incline is crazy steep.

Perfect place for those who want to connect with nature

The stay at the bubble hotel was a very special moment during our trip to Bali. We can describe it as something you get to experience only rarely. First the staff takes you to a wild beach where there are only a few people, then they escort you to your room/bubble. Everything is nicely equipped- you have a/c, tea/coffee, shower gel, etc. We opted for a room with a private bath which was a nice addition to all the amenities. We also had a barbecue and it was really good. All in all I would highly recommend staying at the Bubble hotel at least one day. It's totally worth it

Over priced and inaccessible at night but unique experience

The bubble experience was unique and very fun definitely an experience with nice mini private pool and nice sea views in the distance.

Very remote so can’t leave the property at night due to high tides and dangerous conditions regularly. Massages were 6 times the price and spa treatments ridiculously expensive. I got lanterns as property made out lighting was poor turns out you don’t need them.. there is plenty of lighting. Privacy is a concern as staff walking in field in front of bubble could see you and walk next to fence looking in while in bubble or pool. Over priced food items on menu like cheese board. General manager spoke to her staff like a piece of crap was disgusting to listen to on check in and check out.

Unique and great experience, but privacy, cleanliness and food need improvement.

The view and vibe was unique and phenomenal

The bubble got too hot during the day, they could have better shading over them. Also, the height and gaps of the fence between units is not sufficient to maintain proper privacy from one bubble to the other. Also, the table and water and towels were not clean and most if not all towels had stains. Also, food was average at best, could be way better.

Super unique stay. Worth it!

Extremely unique. It is not a 5 star place, and is not meant to be. Part of the adventure is getting there! You take a 5-10 min scooter ride down a steep hill to the beach, then you walk 10-15 mins along the sand to the hotel. It's absolutely beautiful though. It's literally in the jungle on the side of the mountain and on the beach. So you'll have bugs outside, but inside the bubble, no bugs. Also, the ac units in the bubbles keep it cool. Except during the day! If you're inside the bubble and not under the ac, you'll get pretty hot, pretty quick. But during the day, you should be outside in the pool or in the ocean anyway! There is a restaurant with some food, about a 10 min walk away, though they make it easy to order food from them. They have a couple of guys that stay there and cook food there. No TV, but you aren't there for TV! The views of the sky and ocean are great. Staff were great. Outdoor shower and toilet was great. Private pool was amazing. landscaping was fantastic. If you consider yourself an adventurous traveler and want to try something different, it was worth the effort to get there. Close to the temple too.

Hello Booking.com, I would like to contact you regarding my booking for 29–30 June at the Bubble Hotel. We arrived the night before (28th June) and reserved that night directly through the hotel, as there was no availability online. When we arrived, we were not prepared for what we experienced. We were told that: * We were not allowed to take our luggage to the room; to reach the room, we needed to ride a scooter and then walk for about 15 minutes. * They offered us backpacks so we could carry only essential items and leave our luggages at the reception which we didnt have access to after 7 pm. * At night, we were not allowed to leave the hotel because it was dangerous due to the high tide blocking the beach. None of this was mentioned in the description of the hotel on Booking.com when we made our reservation. Instead, the listing described the property as providing luxury and comfort. As it was our last night in Bali, we couldn’t spend it under these conditions, especially since we needed access to our luggage to pack for our travel. We asked the hotel for a refund, explaining that these important details were not mentioned on Booking.com. They told us we should contact you directly. Although we enjoyed our night on the 28th, we were not prepared for what was essentially camping conditions. Therefore, we are requesting a refund for the second night (29–30 June), as we left the hotel and did not use the room we had already paid for, due to the misleading description on your website. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.

Unique Experience by the Beach

Staying at Bubble Hotel was such a fun and different experience. Sleeping in a clear bubble under the stars with the sound of the ocean in the background was something we’ll never forget. The location is stunning and surrounded by nature. The staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Great for a one-night stay if you’re after something a bit out of the ordinary.

Great location, fun adventure getting there. The food and staff are great. The extras, towels, coffee, sarong, ect are great.

Read all about it, before you book, ask which bubble you are allocated .. we had a back bubble, the area was very hot and humid in June. It’s a hard walk on soft sand up the beach. And a steep walk up the back. You need a bit of fitness. Sleeping in the bubble smells like plastic.

Staff is poor to inform ongoing things and giving cold vibes, not even apologizing when their card payment machine is not working or telling it at first but instead demanding instantly payment with cash or maybe they had some language barrier? but their tone and attitude should be more kind and informative (earlier their own message said it is possible to pay with card and I don't mind paying with cash if I knew that machine is broken :D, maybe saying "hello here is the final bill and we apologize for the inconvenience - our card payment machine is broken, can you pay with cash?" That is just example how it could be said better maybe for next guest..) Also I asked if it is possible to have shampoo/conditioner because usually accommodation have some but they did not have, and it is ok but would be better to inform _from the start_ also that they don't have it and not let the guest asking and wonder about things afterwards. The food we ordered was also cold and dry :') Maybe they had guests that are hard to deal with and now some staff acting like everyone are pain in the ass? It shows.

Our last 4 days is Bali

Location, incredible view, nice attentive staff who organised a birthday cake and where there to meet all our requests ASAP. Private pool and at times private beach, very few people. A hammock net overlooking the beach -sunsets, sunrise, would definitely come back and do it again! Very different experience to a villa, worth doing. Please remember this is more of a glamping experience so be nice and don't expect a 5 star hotel. Thank you to Eva and all the rest of the staff! We will be back :)

It’s a unique experience that I encourage anyone visiting Bali to have. 2 days is a great add on to your visit in Bali.

The pool and the whole adventure was nice. Waking up and seeing the sea is excellent. Also having A/C is a must! Unique experience.

The fact that you have to walk A LOT to get there. Actually there was a misunderstanding with the hotel manager there and we argued a bit since their guidelines although big weren’t clear enough. They should write that we can only have BACKPACKS rather than small bags since small bags can be carry ons. We had carryons and the manager there was arguing a lot with us and wasn’t polite. After that she was good to us and helpful but the first impression was not good. Also the fact that I couldn’t pay by card for my extras wasn’t good. All other staff was EXCELLENT. Absolutely great guys always with the smile and helpful.
