This fantastic, multi-level home features a location just up from the beach, with two complete living spaces on two separate levels, perfect for large family gatherings. The main-level living area is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and bright, beachy décor. Kick your feet up in the living room to watch a lazy ballgame on the large flatscreen TV with a cold drink and some good friends. The living room also includes a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan, so you can relax in comfort no matter what time of year. The full kitchen has a wine cooler, a center prep island with four bar stools, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table has seating for up to eight guests.
Off the dining room, you'll find access to the home's expansive, furnished deck. The main level also features two of the home's five bedrooms and two shared baths. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with private balcony access and en-suite baths, plus the home's private washer/dryer. The downstairs level includes a full kitchen boasting attractive countertops, a french-door refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating for six. The house itself was very open and welcoming. House looks just like the photos, except for when we arrived. We were welcomed with piles of trash along side the front entrance of the house that smelled horribly. Meat packets that were left out to bake in the sun was horrific. The kitchen sink was clogged and we’re not able to prep food or do dishes. We contacted guest services and it took over 4 hours to resolve. I think the most disappointing part of this trip was having to call 3 times in order for the issue to be resolved and couldn’t enjoy the first day for waiting on that service. But other than that, it was a nice house from the inside for our group.

Overall I would rate this home 5 Stars with only a couple of minor things to consider. First, a couple of the guest complained about the sofa and loveseat. The stated that the both need to be replaced due to wear. Stated that they are not really comfortable after sitting for a while.
The only thing that I would like to have seen done was the gas propane grill should have been cleaned. I wanted to use the grill but the grill was just to dirty to use. I did see the brush to clean the grill, but I just thought that this was something that should be done by the previous renters or the cleaning crew. I always clean the grill once I am finished.
This is just a thought not a complaint though. The house is absolutely amazing! Lots of space! completely stocked with everything you need from towels, kitchen utensils, TVs, etc... I would highly recommend staying here if you have a group of 10-14 people...

Downstairs smelled like hot rotten seafood, opened the fridge and it was shrimp and drippings in the bottom of it. Took forever to get the smell out. No bikes were provided as in the pictures. The A/C did not go below 75 at night and 78 during the day, so needless to say it was too uncomfortable to sleep in. The dryer took about 4 or 5 times to completely dry anything. The grill was broken so we didn’t get to grill any of the food we bought. I would definitely agree with previous reviews, for the price it needs to be upgraded !
