House being remodeled in 2020, New appliances, City Water! (sure not well funky egg smell!) Two New Air Conditioner units, waterproof hard flooring, a large furnished patio, backyard, and a spacious balcony.
BBQ&Bonfire Area, Splash zone for kids. Patio dining set, Kitchen has Coffeemaker, Blender, Popcorn machine and Icemaker.
First, you walk in modern style kitchen with island and 4K smart TV on the wall, on the left side door in first main floor bedroom with KING SIZE bed and walk-in closet, on right side of the hallway you’ll find kids bedroom with TWIN SIZE BUNK bed and TWIN SIZE Convertible Sofa; Around corner full bathroom. Follow the hallway you’ll see there bedroom #3 which has a walk-in closet, TWIN SIZE BUNK bed and slide out TWO TWIN SIZE single beds.
After you’ll end up walking into Leaving Room with 50” smart 4K TV, one TWIN SIZE Convertible Sofa, Loveseat, and Large sectional sofa.
By claiming stairs you’ll get into Second floor Master bedroom with a walk-in closet, own full bathroom, QWINN SIZE bed, and a large balcony for morning coffee.

This was a great house for our 10 people. Everyone had a bed and everything was very clean.

We drove up and it looked exactly what the pics showed. We noticed the grass hadn’t been cut. The side yard did have purple flowers but the grass was long it did have a side gate but was frustrating when the ball would go over and they had to get in the tall grass. There was mouse poop in the cabinet of the island which we cleaned out. The top to the island did not stay on so you had to be careful not to rest your elbows. The beds were nice and the rooms but one had ceiling fans so my son just slept on the couch. The house was nice just a few things need to be taken care of to make it more enjoyable for the guests.

This is an excellent place to stay! Sergey is a great host and very helpful with anything you might need. The house itself is set up very nicely and is extremely comfortable, as well as spacious with plenty of room to easily accommodate all guests. The location in Sarasota is great as well. The house sits very close to Siesta Key and many other nice areas of the city. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay!
