About this apartment rental
Air-conditioned 750 sq.ft apartment with a garden, a 10-minute drive from Antibes and Juan-les-Pins city center & beaches.
Bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160x200). Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, combination oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.). Air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan in the bedroom (keeps the room cool).
Bright, airy apartment on the ground floor of a small building in a leafy, secure residence (absolutely peaceful!). Private parking space within the residence.
Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided.
Cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay included.
Shops a 5-minute walk away.
Pets are not allowed.
Accessible by car (private parking space available) or public transport (3 bus lines near the residence):
- 10 min: Antibes beaches, TGV train station, city center and old town
- 10 min: Juan-les-Pins beaches
- 15 min: Garoupe beach and coastal path
- 20 min: Nice, Cannes & Saint-Paul-de-Vence
- 25 min: Grasse and the Tanneron Massif (Mimosa road)

Wir haben unsere Woche in Lionels Apartment in Antibes sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt!
Beim Ankommen wurden wir von Lionel sehr herzlich empfangen, er zeigte und erklärte uns alles. Das Apartment
ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Wohnung ist groß, hell und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, einen festen Parkplatz innerhalb der Wohnanlage - sehr wichtig! - Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Mikrowelle, ...
In Laufweite gibt es einen Bäcker (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und einen Supermarkt (10 Minuten zu Fuß).
Antibes ist der ideale Standort, um die Côte d’Azur zu entdecken: Cannes, Nizza, Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, Eze,
wunderschöne Landschaft, unzählige Museen, auch Monaco ist nicht weit. Einer Woche reicht bei weitem nicht aus, um alles zu sehen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Lionel für die wundervolle Woche in seinem tollen Apartment. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Unici inconvenienti: è davvero distante dal mare, senza macchina non è proprio praticabile e forse andrebbe specificato nell'annuncio.
All'arrivo non trovavamo il campanello perchè ci è stato comunicato bouille e invece, sul citofono esterno, è ancora indicato Giuliano.
La casa però è davvero bella e accogliente :-)
