Excellent clean appartment, Paulo was so helpful insuring everything was as it should be. Access to all the facilities in Cerro Mar Gardens which was amazing. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need for a week long stay. The balcony was just amazing with triple access to balcony from the sitting room, the kitchen and bedroom. Couldn't ask for better. Will definitely be back.
Access to old town square was fantastic but it is one straight flight of 80 odd steps which would have been tricky for any mobility issues but once you take your time it was very manageable.

The apartment was large, clean and functional and is part of a large complex. It was a short walk to the centre of old town and grocery stores. Paulo was very good and prompt with responding to my messages.
People above were very noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture on the tile flooring.
