Um es vorweg zu nehmen, wir waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, gleichzeitig praktisch und gemütlich. Die technische Ausstattung war voll funktionsfähig und die Handhabung erklärte sich von selbst. Vom Balkon aus haben wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang bewundert. Die Lage der Wohnung zum Meer ist der Hammer. Volle Punktzahl vergibt Familie Richter

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt am Strand

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung für alle, die direkten Zugang zum Strand lieben und das Auto im Urlaub gerne stehen lassen möchten. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig zu erreichen, Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen sind alle in unmittelbarer Umgebung und großer Anzahl zu finden. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein schönes Strandbad, etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß befindet sich ein freier und weitläufiger Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünschen kann oder benötigt! Dies gilt insbesondere auch für die Küche! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung und hatten ausreichend Platz! Auf der geräumigen Terrasse kann man problemlos auch mit 6 Erwachsenen gemütlich essen und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge hinter der Insel Elba beobachten. Für alle Fragen war der Vermieter stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alle Räume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, sodass man auch die Fenster geschlossen halten kann, falls die Geräusche der Straße als störend empfunden werden sollten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

La casa é splendida, pulita e attrezzata di tutto. La vista sul mare e lo stabilimento balneare a 20 mt permette di godere appieno la vacanza. Unica “pecca” ma segnalata nell’annuncio la mancanza del Wi Fi, superabile comunque con i piani cellulari odierni. Comunque da 5 stelle!
