Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement, le calme (parfois car les voisins sont très bruyant music ect ..). Hormis cela, l’appartement et relativement propre et la terrasse et un très bon +
Le seul bémol, la CHALEUR qui est juste invivable car le ventilateur ne fonctionne casiment pas, le vent qu’il ventile n’est pas fort et forcément 1 pour 2 c’est peu … donc prévoir l’achat ou bien la prise de votre ventilo perso lors des grosse chaleur. L’appartement garde la chaleur, ce qui rend l’atmosphère lourd, mais en aérant la nuit sa peut aider. Hormis ça, le reste est nikel.

L'emplacement proche du centre-ville est un vrai plus, tout est proximité. La place de parking également. Calme la nuit pour notre part. Conforme au descriptif de l'annonce.
Poussière sur les étagères, sur la grille de ventilation du frigo, meuble tv non rangé, nous y avons trouvé d'anciens feuillets d'avis complétés par les utilisateurs précédents, canapé "fatigué", tasse ebrechée, manque un interrupteur à côté du lit, ... De nombreux petits détails à soigner.

Genel olarak iyiyidi. Ama ilk odaya girişimizde odada ciddi bir koku vardı. Elektronik sigara içilmiş gibi, yetkilileri uyardık ama herhangi bir aksiyon alınmadı.
