Nice location

The garden and view at the restaurant pool area is great. Staff at the restaurant are great. The bathroom facilities in the rooms are quite good.

The hotel personnel at arrival (front desk) and leaving are young ladies that have absolutely no idea of the hospitality industry. Not even a Hello or welcome. No indications of anything about the premises, the services or when you leave even a good bye. No A/C in the rooms, yes Chapala has great weather but it also gets hot.

It was very nice, we love the hotel very much.

All of the menu is pretty good, and the beds are really comfortable. I love the pool, my wife love the pool, and my daughter really enjoyes the pool and the jacuzzi for kids.

The atmosphere and the ambient around the pool. We had to bear a couple of kids between 13 and 14 years of age, cursing and saying a lot of sexist and nasty stuff. Also, i don’t understand how the personnel of the hotel let people put the music too loud around the pool, playing reggeaton which has a lot of explicit lyrics that my 4 year old is listening, and also cursing and saying bad words out loud. The hotel should have more rules and filters to prohibit those kind of people.

A dead fish by the swimming pool, we told them, they never cleaned that up. The pool was dirty and full of leaves and dead bugs. Staff was indifferent to comments. They even charged for matches for lighting a candle, we just needed one, they charged for the whole match box.

El lugar es hermoso. Nos hospedamos en una habitación con espléndida vista al lago. El personal es muy amable. El restaurante tiene comida muy rica, algo casera, bien servida. La alberca y el jacuzzi muy bien.

Todo muy bien. La regadera falló un poco pero fuera de eso todo bien. Solo tiene ventilador pero el clima de Chapala es bastante fresco.

Excelente opción para descansar ya sea en pareja o en familia, el lugar muy bonito y limpio.

EL agua de la Alberca no tiene calefacción. No hay opción a cenar dentro del Hotel.

Buen lugar, con sus detalles...volvería

El lugar esta bonito, se encuentra junto al lago. Tiene unas instalaciones muy limpias y estéticas. El personal me pareció amable y atento. Los precios del Restaurante y del bar no son altos. Es extremadamente silencioso, no cuenta con musica ambiental.

Tiene algunos problemas como la alberca no esta climatizada y el baño. el baño a pesar de ser bonito no ofrece nada de privacidad, ya que el wc no cuenta con puerta y si te estas bañando estas viendo como la otra persona hace del baño o la escuchas desde la cama. Los cuartos son bonitos pero no cuentan con ac. El restaurante cierra a las 8 pm asi que tuvimos que salir en la noche a buscar que cenar. Volvería a ir? si.

Es el lugar ideal para descansar, la alberca es deliciosa, la comida regular pero cerca hay varios restaurantes. La vista es espectacular.

La comida podría mejorar. Probé una sopa de brocoli que no sabia más que a harina. Tienen un gran lugar y se disfrutaría más si la comida fuera mejor. Gracias

Habitaciones sucias. Almohadas sucias, sin aire acondicionado. Restaurante sucio. Y jacuzzi muy sucio con lama y agua con mal olor.
