Close to centre. Good facilities including shared pool.

Too close to the main road. Constant traffic noise even when all shutters closed.Difficult to relax.

Résidence offrant de très belles prestations à 5 min à pied de la place des Lices . L’appartement est bien conçu , très bien aménagé : dressing, grande salle de bain, lave linge, lave vaisselle , micro ondes, terrasse . La déco est sobre et soignée . Le garage fermé est vraiment appréciable .

L’appartement donne sur la rue, le bruit de la circulation est gênant ( chambre et terrasse ).

The apartment was perfectly located right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Marina and countless restaurants. The modern, clean, and spacious interior made for a very comfortable stay for two. However, what truly set this apart was the incredible concierge service. Charlotte was incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting us with everything from beach club bookings to restaurant reservations. Her expertise and availability made our trip so much easier and enjoyable, especially as foreigners planning from afar. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Saint-Tropez and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

I really cannot name anything I have not liked during our stay.

La localisation, à quelques pas de la Place des Lices. Appartement très bien équipé, place de parking en sous-sol sol très pratique. Piscine extérieure chauffée très bien. Il est a préciser qu’elle est partagée entre tous les propriétaires et locataires, mais peu de monde quand nous y avons séjourné. La personne a la conciergerie est disponible et efficace.

Cela n’avait pas été précisé dans l’annonce mais l’appartement donnait sur l’Avenue, très passante et ce très tôt le matin. Nous étions réveillé aux aurores tous les jours. Isolation phonique a revoir d’urgence. Nous n’avons pas profité du petit balcon, bien trop bruyant et claustra impossible à ouvrir. Le rapport qualité prix n’était pas là du tout.
