Hendo Hotel

Breakfast was fine and the location was great. The staff were so nice and the manager also was great.

Its expensive.

The staff of Hendo hotel is very welcoming and helpful. They work with an excellent taxi driver, he made the airport pickups and we hired him for a full day to visit Kampala. Hotel is not far from the airport and from the ferry terminal.

Nothing bad to report, the hotel facilities are simple but ok for this price range.

One of the staff members (evening) was super friendly and helpful. Floors in the room were very dirty but sheets, bed and surfaces seemed clean. Good mosquito net. There was noise from other businesses but closing the bathroom door kept it nice and quiet in the room. Good standing fan kept the air moving and the temperature reasonable in our room. Breakfast was good (huge fruit bowl was awesome). Overall, we'd stay here again for the value.

Very dirty floors in the room. They need a thorough cleaning. Some staff weren't enthused about helping us or even having us stay there..

The room was clean and washroom was good. The staff was hospitable. Very responsive.

It was written airport shuttle is included, but it was only one way, you can take it in either way. Airport shuttle should be both ways. The hotel entrance is very dingy and scary, showing a set of horror movie.
