About this apartment rental
Comfortable flat with balcony next to the sea in Can Picafort, Majorca north, perfect for couples or families.
The flat has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, sofa bed, balcony and a small living room. The equipment includes a washing machine, free Wifi, a fan and a cot on request. There is a choice of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed.
In Can Picafort you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and petrol stations. You can easily move around on foot or by bicycle. The rocky beach is in front of the building and the sandy beach Son Bauló is 1 km away. The next golf course is in Alcanda, 17 km from the accommodation.

To bear in mind:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
As required by law, we will ask for copies of your ID card or passport before entry. Normally, this information is sent by email, at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte sehr unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirken, dafür ist die Küche ideal. Küche ist schön groß, genau wie der Kühlschrank und gut ausgestattet ist sie auch. Der Balkon ist auch ganz schön, liegt aber direkt an der Straße, was mich jedoch nicht wirklich gestört hat.
Das Badezimmer und vor allem die Dusche sind extrem klein. Die Duschbrause war defekt, das Wasser lief aus dem Schlauch heraus. Die Stühle waren sehr billig und gingen beim Zurücklehnen kaputt. Der Handtuchhalter fiel in der ersten Nacht aus der Wand heraus.
Wir mussten unseren eigenen Verteiler verwenden, um den Wlanrouter anzuschließen.
Großes Plus war die Lage. Man braucht 5 min bis zum Strand und kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Wohnung ok

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, leider in einem nicht besonders guten Zustand. Unter anderem war das Badezimmer ohne Fenster und Lüftung sowie mit Schiebetür, Duschschlauch war kaputt, Stuhllehnen und Jalousie ebenfalls kaputt.
