From watching the sunset on the sandy beach to leisurely walks, jogging, biking, swimming at one of the two sandy beaches, pedal boating, or stand-up paddleboarding, introductory sailing lessons, guided canoe tours on the Lippe River, and adventures on the water ski course.
The flat Paderborn countryside is ideal for cycling enthusiasts.
Most of the numerous attractions can be reached via beautiful bike paths, along lakes, rivers, and canals, or simply through tree-lined avenues offering shade.
The approximately 90-square-meter apartment was renovated in the spring of 2021 and refurbished as a vacation rental. It is located in a two-family home in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The large living room, featuring a couch, a recliner, and a cozy TV nook with two rocking chairs, offers direct access to the loggia, which enjoys afternoon and evening sun. Satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are, of course, available.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and food processor, has a cozy seating area with a direct view of the loggia.
The spacious bedroom features a queen-size bed (180 x 200) with extra-comfortable mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. There is also a single bed.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a small storage room.
There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.
The apartment also includes a carport and a covered parking space for bicycles.
A climate-friendly vacation!
Heating, hot water, etc., are powered entirely by CO²-free green electricity.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte dort an nichts. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine wunderbare Gegend zum Radfahren.
