Entre Mer et nature

Die große Terasse war sehr gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Dusche war gut und das man mit Hunden verbleiben darf war auch sehr gut. Man hatte einen Stellplatz immer gefunden für das Auto durch die privaten Parkplätze die von einer Schranke getrennt waren. Besonders nett fanden wir das die Eigentümerin sehr zuvorkommend war. Wir konnten netterweise den Check-In 6 Stunden früher machen und den Chek-Out 1 länger. Solche tollen Gesten gegenüber den Kunden waren sehr toll und hat uns unseren Urlaub verbessert. An und für sich fanden wir das Apartment aber ziemlich gut für den Urlaub. Empfehlen können wir es aufjedenfall weiter.

Durch sehr heiße Temperatur draußen hat sich die Wohnung sehr stark aufgewärmt. Schlafen war etwas schwierig durch die Wärme in der Wohnung. Die Ventilatoren helfen nur bedingt. Der Wasserkocher hat leider kein großen Fassungsvermögen. Das Wasser ist dann mit Kalk und nicht klar. Für uns nicht genießbar. Wir wurden kreativ und haben das Wasser im Topf auf dem Herd zum Kochen gebracht um es dann zum Tee trinken zu verwenden. Ein Wasserfilter und neuer Wasserkocher könnte helfen. Die Kaffemaschine hat bei uns gespinnt. Konkret war das Problem bei der Füllmenge im Wassertank. Es gibt kein Maximum zum Befüllen von Wasser und wenn man c.a bis zur Mitte des Tanks Wasser hat und probiert den Kaffe zu starten. Dann funktioniert es nicht durch sehr schnelles rotes Blinken. Erst wenn man nach Gefühl etwas Wasser wegschüttet klappt es ab und zu. Sehr komische Bedienung. Ansonsten war aber eigentlich alles super!

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Lage war super und der Strand ist auch in der Nähe

Der Straßenlärm war etwas laut.

The terrace is very nice 🙂 The position of the appartment is very good, close to the beach and close to nice restaurants.

Not enough toilet paper, no soap at all, no tabs for the dishwasher. Same for the washing machine.

Nice beach within walking distance, large terrace, plenty of restaurants near by. Beautiful area with plenty of places to see.

Loud street right next to the building, impossible to open windows to get fresh air or cool down at night,heavy traffic. Pizzeria next door quite loud until late hours. Owner's behavior gave us very bad impression- although seemed nice in direct interactions, she was playing games- first saying she doesn't need the damage deposit to then change her mind requesting one. We said it's no problem she can come to collect it,she agreed to come and simultaneously sent a complaint to Booking.com to say we refused to pay the deposit (despite we had written proof it wasn't the case). She's looking for extra charges,which were not included in terms& conditions- she told us we need to clean the apartment or pay for cleaning- we refused as this was never listed as extra charge. To add to this, we had to clean the apartment on arrival as there was dust everywhere- while cleaning the dust on the lamp I broke the bulb, which she charged us for.....It's fair enough I broke it, I should pay for it, but I'd expect something that small to be replaced without a fuss. Most of the things in the apartment are aged, so naturally will at some point break in the normal use. The shower hose fell apart, it was completely rusted, but we had the impression she was trying to blame us for it and she presented it in such way as if she was doing us a favour by not making us pay for the new one. We requested bed sheets for an extra charge of 60 EUR, before arrival I asked twice if the duvet covers will be on and she confirmed- it turned out that the charge was only for pillow cases and mattress cover, the duvet was without a cover, so here's me hoping she washes duvets after each guest. I honestly feel we would have had higher satisfaction if we didn't have to interact with the owner. She lacks basic understanding of how guests should be dealt with.
