About this house rental
This charming and spacious weatherboard cottage is ideally located in the heart of Bright with just a 200m stroll to the nearest shops and restaurants.
A Bright original, c1880's, The Orchard House is surrounded by lush gardens for you to completely relax and unwind.
This holiday rental is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, to sleep 6 guests and features a studio in the back garden, to accommodate a further 4. The studio would be perfect as a kids retreat or for a group of friends and is fitted with 2 bunk beds and games area. Please note the top bunks may only be suitable for the most agile travellers and the studio is only made available for bookings of 6 or more guests.
In addition to the main living space there is the central sitting room with wood fire which is the perfect place to unwind during the winter months whilst the open plan, north facing kitchen/living/dining zone is full of light all year round.
The private master bedroom is positioned at the rear of the home overlooking the gorgeous back gardens where you can enjoy the morning sun streaming through your window. The master room also features a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the main bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other 2 singles.

We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and super comfortable. Close proximity to the town and everything was walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Alpine getaway’s were easy to contact. Would book with them again.

Property had everything you would need and I would stay again if I needed to accomodate a larger number of people. It was a cold weekend weather wise and the house took a while to get warm due to an older ducted heating system, but once it heated up it was fine. Bring your own wood and fire lighters if it’s winter. Great location and communication from staff and very clean.
