Puesta del Sol is a beautiful beachfront home located in the guarded, gated community of Las Conchas. This 3 bedroom, 3-bath home has been decorated beautifully and is full of colorful Mexican charm.
The master suite that features a comfy queen-sized bed with fine linens. The guest bedrooms has queen-size bed and 2 twin beds respectfully. You cannot beat the privacy and convenience here, as each of the spacious bedrooms features its own private, full bathroom.
The spacious floor plan also includes a spacious kitchen, with marble countertops, kitchen cabinets, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and other modern appliances.
The living room has cozy furniture, a huge fireplace, Satellite TV and beautiful views overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
This home is a few dozen feet from the waters of the Sea of Cortez. There is nothing quite like sitting in the patio furniture as the fresh ocean breezes gently glide across your private balcony, from here you can enjoy expansive views of the ocean and coastline that span 180 degrees.

Good location in Rocky Point. But steep sand hill to get back up to house from the beach. Fans on the patio not working. Would have helped with the flies. Spacious house. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Drinking water dispenser was a nice touch. Nice fireplace for chilly evenings in January. Saw dolphins from the patio everyday.

The property was great. Clean, and right on the beach. The rental management company was very helpful. The only negative is that there are no real stores or restaurants nearby.
