Loved this house. The owners had everything we needed to make our month stay perfect. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the lanai furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had every utensil and pot and pan needed.
If there was any improvement we would ask for an outdoor tv because we spent so much time outside.
Andrea the agent and Charlie the care taker were incredible 🥰

We were looking to get away from Northern Michigan winter and to spend some uninterrupted family time. This property was just what we needed! It had everything we needed! It was very clean and decorated so nicely! Everyone we dealt with was amazingly helpful and so nice! We'd come back, for sure!

A perfect villa, the best we have stayed in ever. The heated pool was a bonus due to our stay being in early April. That said the weather was extremely hot! Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with beforehand.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was an older home that had been completely renovated. We chose this property because we liked the fact that the kitchen was open to the living and dining areas. We were so pleased to discover that the kitchen was as well equipped as it was. The property manager was extremely helpful: met us the first day to introduce himself and then, a few days later, responded right away when we needed help turning on the heat. When he couldn't turn the heat on for us, called an air-condition /heat professional who quickly came to help. We really appreciated the attention we got and the results! Although we didn't use the pool, it was lovely to look out toward the canal and see the pool. We would definitely rent this place again.
