Convenient location, had most things in the apartment we needed

No remote control for the air conditioner, therefore no heating. TV did not work, Netflix did not work. Raised with online help many times. No resolution to either issue over 2 nights.

Excellent location in the heart of Vienna; the soundproofing is excellent, which is especially appreciated since the building hosts shows and performances. I also liked the small kitchen, and although this accommodation doesn’t have a front desk, the Arbio Team Vienna responds very quickly to messages and requests.

Excellent central location in old city. Good bathroom, comfortable bed. Pretty quiet. Air con worked well

The room is described as an 'apartment without kitchen', but this does not match booking.com's specification of an apartment, which must have a kitchen. It doesn't even have a fridge or coffee-making facilities, though it claims the latter. Coffee-making facilities were simply a kettle and two cups, not even what you would expect in a normal hotel bedroom. The light on one side of the bed didn't work. No desk though the room claimed to have one. All communications came from an AI assistant, which is fine for simple queries, but there was no person at all to answer more complicated queries. The reception desk was not manned at the times indicated. After using a keycode to enter the hotel, individual rooms are found unlocked and the keys are inside the rooms. So once inside the building, there is nothing to stop people from choosing another room. Someone arrived at the same time as us and found their door locked. They tried to telephone but got no answer.
