This Homestay Oasis Is The Cape's Best Place To Stay

Everything. Mark is super friendly! Also his little dog Annie is super cute and friendly. the room (also the pool and the house) are clean it’s a really nice neighborhood, you can’t feel uncomfortable here.

During my visit to Cape Coral to photograph the burrowing owls, I truly enjoyed staying at Homestay Oasis. From the moment I pulled into the driveway, I noticed what a cute and welcoming house it was. As soon as I stepped inside, Mark’s dog Annie greeted me—and as a dog lover, that instantly made me feel at home. She quickly took a liking to me, which made my stay even more special. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a mattress and pillow that gave me some of the best sleep I’ve ever had—I’d love to find that exact pillow again! I also appreciated being able to do laundry during my stay, which was so convenient. Having access to the refrigerator was another great plus, making it easy to store my food. Having my own set of keys allowed me to come and go as I pleased, giving me a real sense of comfort and independence. The location was perfect, close to all the places I wanted to visit, making my daily outings easy and enjoyable. Mark is very congenial and a wonderful host, always ready to suggest great places to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like—everything exceeded my expectations.
