Two-bedroom condo with a bonus room and 1 bath. Sleeps 5 comfortably with 3 bunk beds and a Queen size bed. The bonus room has a day bed and trundle bed if needed. Have the convenience of being on the water but not the congestion of the big lake. Conveniently located between Tilton and Laconia. Short drive to the Outlets, Fun Spot, Gunstock & the Mt Washington boat. Make sure you try them all! Easy access for Bike Week, again you can be close enough to the fun but stay where its quiet. This 1st floor condo has all the amenities and the views. This unit is quiet, comfy and ready for you to enjoy. Linens and towels are included. Day Dock Available to rent.

This place is everything as advertised and more. Beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors a great lakefront and the dock in a no wake zone make this a lake persons paradise

Very comfortable condo with great bedding and linens. We loved sitting on the outside covered patio. Also, we spent a lot of time on the patio at the lake. Having the table, chairs and umbrellas made it easy and comfortable. While there was no beach, the stairs to the water provided easy access. Loved that my 3 year old granddaughter could safely go between the condo and water area. Also, landscaping at condo complex made it cheerful in a rainy day. Location is convenient as we got great lobsters at the Lobster Connection just a few steps away and a quick ride to Market Basket in Tilton. Although there was no washer/dryer, the laundromat was just a few miles away.
