About this apartment rental
Spacious 62-square-meter corner apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Centrally located, 300 meters from the ski lifts, with shops right at the residence’s doorstep: bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, mini-market… The shuttle bus stop is also right outside the residence.
*Spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, extendable dining table, and a huge balcony wrapping around the entire apartment.
*Separate, fully equipped kitchen: oven and stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue and raclette set, and a small kitchen table with chairs. Access to the balcony.
*2 bedrooms (1 with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed) with storage. The large bedroom opens onto the balcony.
*1 bathroom with a bathtub and washer/dryer.
*1 separate toilet.
*Cellar
*Covered parking

Due to the switch to electric heating and misuse by some guests, a 70-euro security deposit will be required upon arrival and refunded if there is no misuse of heating or hot water! Everything is connected—we have access to the usage data! Please don’t hesitate to contact us during your stay if you have any concerns; we can take care of everything!! Thank you in advance.
P.S.: Just act as you would at home—be mindful not to leave the heat on while the windows are open, for example.
