On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with two single beds and bunk beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms. This level also offers a second living room and a magnificent sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The property includes a private garage with space for two cars.

Two couples stayed here. Great place and location just a block up from the beach on a quiet, safe street.
The place was large and new and very clean.
Would definitely recommend it.
Minor inconvenience is that it is not stocked with anything "extra" (no extra toilet paper, salt & pepper, etc.) which would have been nice.

We stayed here with friends for a week & loved the whole experience! Plenty of space for us all & loved the terraces. Conveniently placed for everything!
