Very close to beach, close to groceries and essestials. Bunks were adequate for kids and it has a decent oull out couch bed. There are also some beach chairs for use and sand toys for the younger kiddos and did i say its literally across from the beach so you avoid parking fees etc. Yea.

Only two things and they dont have anything to do with the unit itself. All the AC units for the complex are right outside the doors of Unit 121 and you have to walk around them or thru them to get to the door. Not a big deal, you can't hear them so its not a noise issue. Just minor inconvenience. Second, it's the beach. It's private on either side of the access point and the venders place chairs the entire length of the private areas, so you pay for a set of chairs or you walk to the state beach. You get harrassed enough by the vender to just pick up and move, regardless of if you have some rights to a certain area.

Not much other than there was a bed to sleep in.

Property was very unclean as soon as you walked into the condo it has a very foul odor and the couch and chairs had stains all over them bed sheet has hair and debris in them.

Great location on the bottom floor. Easy access to the beach

Nothing could have been improved upon. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and large, clean, quiet, true to photos, in a walkable location, close to the beach and truly as described.

What I didn't like had nothing to do with this company they were great! The location I was in was racist towards black families. We got rude unnecessary stares complaints spoken out loud as we just existed and went about our day. It was uncomfortable and brought the dark racist history into our vacation. We will not be back to that area, maybe never back to Destin again.
