Absolutely excellent!

This is the best place we've ever been so far! Exceptionally clean and comfortable, incredible views and terraces, lovely pool and gardens. Coffee and tea facilities were available all day long. If you enjoy a quiet getaway this is your destination!

Afterall we liked it - giving value to all positives.

The accommodation is located in a nice and calm area up the hill with a great view of the whole valley. It is an old and stylish house which has its magic including beautiful garden and terraces which are the biggest benefits we agreed on. So ideal for summer season when you can sit outside till night. The pool is there - good for chilling but small for swimming. Nice benefit is availabilty of coffee machine all day long.

Minus goes to breakfast - every single day the same croissant and focaccia with marmelade and honey (ok for one or two nights but you are starting hating it since the third day). Plus few slices of cheese or salami which was inappropriate to number of people. No vegetable, no fruit when paradoxically ripe apples and tomatoes were falling down in the same garden... The whole object would also deserve bigger care to make it even more clean and beautiful.

Peaceful and relaxing

Casa Oliveri stands above and outside the bustling town of Sestre Levante with panoramic sea and distant mountain views. It is ideally situated for walkers and is informal enough to attract families with small children. The house has been in the same family for many years. The access and the stairs reflect its age but are part of its charm. There is a large garden and a small pool. Nothing is too much trouble for the proprietor, Nicolo, who knows everyone and everything around, is happy to advise and explain.

Breakfast is not a major event in Italy, nor at Casa Oliveri, but local bread, pastries and homemade jam and honey are available along with fruit juice. An up to the minute Nespresso machine provides coffee. If coming by car, the approach is via a winding hill road and the parking is tight.

Good

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful - served outside, freshly made (fresh cakes, jams made from the fruit growing in the garden, great coffee) - we enjoyed it very much. The owners were very friendly. We also had a big terrace where I did yoga every morning (unfortunately the terrace was not cleaned). The breakfast was my highlight - 10 out of 10 points!

The word ‚apartment‘ was a bit misleading - we didn‘t realize all 4 of us would be sleeping in one room with no amenities - no fridge to keep the drinks cool, no drinking glasses, no table, no kitchenette, no possibility to hang the wet bathing suits to dry. It was 1 room with the beds and a small bathroom.

Superb

It is a property with personality, spectacularly located on top of a hill. From the entrance to the building, you can feel the old smell and the decorations are specific. The room had a terrace with an amazing view. The hosts are very kind.

The toilet was not well cleaned when we arrived. There was dirt under the lid of the toilet bowl, an aspect I did not like.

Everything was perfect, I don't have a single thing to complain about. Nicolo did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay. Room was super clean, beautifully refurbished without losing its old charm, beautiful and relaxing view, breakfast served in the garden (tasty and different every day), two beautiful terraces, short hiking trail along the coast leading to the old town of Sestri Levante which starts right in front of the house. We would definitely come back!

Great place worth visiting!

it’s a beautiful place with great views close to the beach and to the city centre as well as the hiking trails. Everything was very clean and the host also provided information and directions to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Breakfasts were delicious and included homemade goods and produce from the farm.

Breakfast was fantastic both days. Fresh fruit, including delicious figs, yogurt, jams, cake, toast, and much more. Our host, Nicolo, was charming, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. The farm has been in the same family for hundreds of years and it really is a working olive grove.

We wish we’d had a smaller car since parking was tight and we worried about taking up too much space.

It was an awesome experience and one of the nicest hotels we've ever been to.

We really enjoyed our visit at casa Olivieri and would highly recommend it. We stayed for 8 nights, the host was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast great (partly included stuff produced on the farm), the closest beach is only a 15 min walk (although the casa is on a hill, so the way back can be a little exhausting), the pool is small but has a great view and you can go hiking in the surrounding hills, which is very nice. The village itself is small but got everything you need.

Perfect stay

The pool is perfect for hot summer days to cool off and relax. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of products from the garden and homemade. We would definitely recommend to stay here!

Beautiful, interesting, the house was gorgeous and Sestri Levante very picturesque

The house was very charming, a lot of love and care was put into the details, the furniture and the ambiance. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, elegant and full of charm. The bathroom new and functional. The owners are very sweet and professional. The produce their own oil and prepare their own cakes and infusions for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful property, the B&B was gorgeous inside and out. Nicolò was incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved learning about his family’s history and we left with some of his family’s olive oil and preserves! It was a perfect experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Great view on Sestri Levanti, a huge and lovely garden with douzens of different plants and flowers. In April too cold for pool but in summer definitely a nice to have. The house for 4 persons was amazing. It´s simple but has all the amenities you would wish for + decent materials and furniture.. Plenty of cutlery and dishes, a coffee brewer (Italian of course) + a lovely balcony on top. Nicolo & family are really nice hosts too. Gave us an introduction in olive oil production (heritage of the house!) and supported us in finding the right pizza delivery

Nichts 😎 , nur die PKW Stellflächen sind dort knapp und Nix für Kleinbus oder VAN wegen nicht wirklich guter Wendemöglichkeit in der Sackgasse, aber das liest man ja vorher.

Da tornare!

Casa Olivieri, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, ci ha regalato un piacevole soggiorno. La struttura racconta una storia centenaria familiare, portandoti indietro nel tempo, nelle storie e nelle tradizioni passate, ma con tutte le comodità del giorno d’oggi. Camere pulite dotate di aria condizionata. Belli gli spazi comuni come i terrazzi e la piscina. La colazione buona e semplice (focaccia e cornetto) è accompagnata da marmellate fatte da loro. È possibile parcheggiare in strada nei pressi della struttura. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Nicolò ha reso poi l’esperienza ancora più gradita!

Sehr schönes Agriturismo mit sehr nettem Gastgeber

Der Gastgeber Nicolò ist super nett und hilfsbereit und ist für alle Fragen während des Aufenthaltes kontaktierbar. Es handelt sich um ein Bauernhaus mitten im Olivenhain oberhalb von Sestri Levante. Die Unterkunft ist über eine Serpentinen Straße erreichbar und es ist sehr ruhig dort oben. Von der Dachterasse super Blick auf den Ort und das Meer. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und es gibt einen kleinen Pool. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Parkplätze an der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar.

Nichts. Es war alles gut. Es gibt dort oben fußläufig keine Restaurants, man muss also wieder in den Ort nach unten fahren, mit Auto ist das aber kein Problem.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, um in Bella Italia zu leben.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön in den Hügeln nahe Sestri Levante. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, und Nicolo war ein herausragender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Es gibt keinen negativen Punkt, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man ein Auto benötigt oder, wie wir, einen Roller mietet, der auch zum Hotel geliefert wurde.

Grazie

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dieser bezaubernden Unterkunft verbracht. Der Charme des 300Jahre alten Anwesens hat uns direkt verzaubert. Wer alte, knarzende Türen und Wände liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Trotzdem haben wir von den anderen Gästen auf den Zimmern nichts mit bekommen. Nicolo ( der Betreiber) ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Auch das morgendliche kleine ( überraschende) Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll. Die Kaffeemaschine ist jederzeit zugänglich. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist wunderschön und der Weg zum Strand ist trotz der Steigung auch bei 38Grad machbar. Wer vor hat, sich in Italien mit Olivenöl einzudecken, sollte das unbedingt bei Nicolo tun. Köstlich! Wir kommen wieder ♥️
