The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Take in the incredible architecture of the town at these stunning landmarks before heading to one of the local restaurants and bars for some delicious traditional dishes. Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurants are renowned for their delicious cuisine and a great way to end the day.
With three stations, all within walking distance, visitors can easily access all the city offers. The Trindade station is a mere 5 minutes away, while Faria Guimarães station is just an 8-minute walk. Porto São Bento station is 12 minutes away for those looking to venture further. So come and experience the beauty of Porto from this central location.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Plumbing needs an update. Very difficult to get a good shower. Could use some basics in the kitchen, I.e salt, pepper, sugar. Very pleasant terrace, and nice welcome by host.

Additional information about the city of Porto would be nice to have had in the apartment. Check in instructions were not clear - it was stated to make sure the key is expanded as well as instructing you that the apartment is on the left. The apartment is on the right when you step off the elevator and there was no extended key. We attempted to open both units on that floor before being able to gain access to our rental. A better way to direct people would be to say it is the apartment with the AI sign outside the door. As well, there was no key that expands. The apartment was cold without central heating. There was only two space heaters to heat the entire apartment which was barely sufficient on the cold, rainy days we spent in Porto. The apartment was quiet and very convenient to the historic district of Porto.
