Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos. A localização é muito boa também.
Acho que algumas coisas podem melhorar (na minha opinião): papel higiênico oferecido é muito ruim, o banheiro não ter um local para pendurar a toalha de banho molhada, o hotel não fornecer toalha de rosto.

Local barulhento, café da manhã deixou a desejar muito, o quarto pequeno,um pouco confortável, local centralizado, em questão de limpeza, o quanto só foi limpo quando cheguei.
