This accommodation is excellent if you’re looking for peaceful, undisturbed days during your vacation. The hosts keep themselves busy with their own things — they have a lovely farm behind the house — and they completely leave you alone. However, if ANY problem or question arises, a family member shows up immediately and takes care of it. The rooms are spacious, there’s plenty of storage space in the many closets, the kitchen is well-equipped, the dishwasher is great and the washing machine is quiet and works perfectly. Cesenatico is just a few minutes away by car, it’s easier to park there than in Rimini, and you get the same beach experience, just with far fewer crowds. Great grocery store about 500 meters, very good fresh sea fish and seafood shop 400 meters away. I definitely recommend this apartment!

The single air conditioner — although it worked well and, thankfully, wasn’t installed right above the bed in the bedroom — cooled the apartment relatively slowly. Combined with the fact that the kitchen extractor fan didn’t seem to work for me, it became a problem when we cooked. Since we specifically wanted to cook with local ingredients as a fun activity — Italian kitchen products are of sensational quality — the smell of food often lingered in the apartment due to the lack of ventilation. We ended up closing the hallway door to contain it. However, in that case, the one air conditioner couldn’t cool half the rooms, and those areas got warmer than comfortable because of the lack of airflow — and they pretty much stayed that way, since we didn’t leave the AC running while we were out. Because of this, we could only cook and eat in the evenings in a warmer environment. This issue could be solved either with a second air conditioner or by getting the extractor fan to work. It’s possible I just didn’t know how to use it properly — in that case, I apologize. :)

Apartment owner Elia super nice and very helpful. Optimal location. From there everything can be reached quickly by car. Supermarket nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped! For Family very suitable. We didn't miss anything. Would love to book again. For sure!
