Flat amplo, muito espaçoso. Ar condicionado em todos os cômodos.
Poucas tomadas (quase nenhuma). Manutenção geral precária (ar sujos, controles com pilhas ruins, tomadas quebradas)

O apartamento é espaçoso, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, tem um mercado vizinho ao condomínio, um foodtruck do lado do mercado, a praia bem de frente, faltou gás e logo em seguida já foi resolvido com a anfitriã, que por sinal muito gente boa. Com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes
Precisa de manutenção no banheiro do quarto do meio que tava vazando água e molhando tudo.

O apartamento é de luxo,em uma área de alta sociedade. A beira mar mesmo 50 metros da praia.
Porém não é ultizado,então estava bem sujo. Não tinha cobertores. E tinha muitas baratas,saindo do armário da cozinha,infelizmente não tinha como cozinhar de tanta filhote de baratas.
