About this house rental
New to market, fully renovated beach house with water views! Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is only a five minute walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach. The second floor's open concept design boasts a gorgeous eat-in kitchen, cozy dining area and spacious family room with double sliding doors leading to the expansive deck. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 with sliding glass doors leading to the first-floor deck and outdoor shower. Second floor bath includes a shower while the first-floor bath boasts a beautiful clawfoot tub. All the comforts of home include hardwood floors throughout, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances and new gas grill. Just a short walk to Aunt Carrie's and Iggy's for their famous clam cakes, chowder and ice cream. One mile from Galilee where you can sail on the Block Island Ferry, enjoy fresh seafood from local restaurants or buy fresh lobster direct from the docks. Enjoy the best that Narragansett has to offer!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

We enjoyed our stay, check in was simple. It had a great interior open space and deck with a view to hang out and was within walking distance of the beach.

The location is great! The check in process and communication was outstanding, any questions/concerns were addressed immediately. The house is beautiful and we loved how clean it presented. Some of the functionality was a challenge, bathrooms particularly but we managed. If we made a recommendation the comfort of the beds for the price were slightly disappointing. Over all, it worked out great for what we needed for a few days!

The house is as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It's actually in walking distance to the beach (as opposed to pack a lunch it's a long walk). Views of the ocean and sunsets from the deck were enjoyed most nights. Definitely would stay here again.
