Located in the heart of Marathon, only a short drive to Sombrero Beach, just next door to Publix and many other shopping locations. My kids LOVED the pool and fishing from the dock and the we LOVED all the amenities provided for fun in the pool and fishing! We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room throughout the house. Crystal was wonderful - geat communication and addressed minor issues we encountered very quickly! Would definitely stay again!

First off, the property manager Crystal is a joy to work with. Very easy to communicate with and takes pride in her job. It's clearly visible from the moment you walk inside.
The home is dreamy. Gorgeous layout. Right on a quiet, dead end canal. Vacant lot next door. Plenty of space to stretch out and every pot and pan, grill, and Pool toy a person could ask for. TVs in every room, including the outside porch area. Great outdoor fridge and ice machine, with a bait freezer near by. The location is a gem with publix, walgreens, sandals, Winn Dixie, as well as 2 liquor stores......all within a 2 minute walk. Plenty of parking. Being pet friendly made it even better. Unit is quiet, even with neighbors next door. Our family loved in and have already requested it for same time next year.
