Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the outdoor terraces.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including condiments. What a great place to stay roomy,super clean. Great location easy to rent and find. Nice place to stay close to lot of places. The owner decorated for Christmas what nice touch when you walk in

We had an awesome college reunion and the condo was perfect. It has plenty of space and is right near the water. As a bonus there is a breakfast and lunch place in the club within easy walking distance
