This Beachwalk Villa is just minutes from the Gulf and on the Beachside of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all of the furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the LARGE flat screen television with WiFi.
Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.
Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!
Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio and enjoy some outdoor cooking with your very own GRILL. The beautiful view overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa.
The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk or a 3 minute ride on your complimentary golf cart, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view.
Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.

The 2nd bedroom has KING mattress along with a flat screen .The full bath has as a shower/ tub combo. The stack-able washer and dryer is located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.
The family room has a QUEEN sleeper sofa!
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands).

Fantastic LOCATION (on the canal, very close to beach, bay, amenities). GOLF CART was great to have, really enjoyed that being included in price. Home and furniture were showing wear. Did NOT appreciate having to do the work of housekeeping service: remove sheets, towels, take out trash, run dishwasher, etc. This is not something a paying guest should have to do in a paid rental.

The property was exactly as advertised, it was very clean, close proximity to everything on the resort. The golf cart made the trip even better. The communication with the host was quick and he was extremely helpful.

Golf cart was awesome. Location was great. Condo was good - needs some TLC but otherwise it was fine. The rules/contracts that we were given should be explained before you put your money down. We had a great vacation and would stay again.
