All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

The location was great. A minute walk to the beach.
No view from the property.
It had all the necessities and the price was right. 30 minutes from Portsmouth or Portland. Great nature hiking in the Laudholm Farm Reserve.
