Brand New Remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo (795 sq feet) with views of Vail Valley on 6th floor. Main bedroom features a king bed. Queen sized sleeper sofa in living room. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with balcony access. Maximum unit occupancy up to 4 persons.

Very nice property with great location situated about halfway between Vail Village and Lionshead! It’s an easy walk either way It is situated on the frontage road to I 70 so there is very easy in and out access for any exploring . There was ample parking with easy access, as well. The property had everything we needed for the two of us. An earlier review said that the property was hot without any airflow, but we found it to be quite pleasant during the day and very comfortable at night. They provided multiple fans to keep cool as well. The only suggestion would be that the mattress could’ve been more firm and the sofa sleeper was not the most comfortable, but it did the job. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on a future visit.

This was a great spot for us! We came to town for a soccer tournament and brought our dogs. It was an easy walk by the river to restaurants and very close to the soccer fields. The place was clean and very comfortable! They had dog waste stations right outside the basement door which made taking them out very easy. Highly recommend!

This unit has not view- only of I70, parking lot and an excavated mountain on opposite side- not Vail Valley as discribed. The balcony furniture is rusted, flimsy and the area has not been cleaned for a long time. The living area is decent, couch is not comfortable and it is very hot- no AC, which is typical for Vail, but no windows to ventilate, just sliding doors, so its dark and small. The vanity in the bathroom is super short- I have no idea where they even got that vanity in an "updated" condo. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and plenty of towels in bath. Bed is ok- but very hot again, with no windows, just the sliding door so all you hear all the time is I70. The pool is wonderful and it is about a 10 min walk to Vail village and 5 to Lionshead, so that is great. It is dog friendly- in that they can stay in the room- but no where on the property to sit with your dog outside on a lawn area- in fact the signs say no dogs on all the grassy areas?? So you will have to walk into town to hang with your dog- no family area outside. The manager is very kind and so are the staff. I think if you go during the winter, this place would be just fine. But for the summer, its not.
