A discerning chef's dream, the impeccably renovated & fully stocked modern kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner induction cooktop with its own pot filler, as well as a massive kitchen island with a built-in sink & mini-fridge. Additional appliances & gadgets include a french door refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 12-cup coffee maker and toaster.
While dinner simmers, perch at the outdoor kitchen bar with seating for two. Gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table overlooking the lush backyard.

This single-level home accommodates six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in a private den. Two full and one-half bath are stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, q-tips, make-up remover wipes and cotton.
Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a king bed, a 47" flat screen TV with Roku Express, DVD player and ceiling fan. Wake up to the views of the garden through the French doors providing direct access to the patio.
Spa enthusiasts are in for a treat in the spacious master bathroom featuring a state-of-the-art large hydro massage bathtub with digital options for head, foot & back hydro massage! This property met all of our expectations. It’s perfect for family with plenty of amenities and just a four minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless. The rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of backyard space especially if you want to barbecue or have dinner outside.
Check-in and check out instructions were very clear and Maven does a great job at communicating with guests ahead of check-in. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property is well appointed and in close proximity to the beach. We were very excited initially with the location. However, the property lacked proper cleaning, there was sand all over the floors, piles of sand in the shower and on the furniture. the owner did try to address the issues but we did not want cleaners coming in during our relaxing time, and felt this should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also an enormous amount of mosquitos inside the house and we kept getting bit. When I told this to the owner she suggested we left the doors open, which we did not. In addition to that we found a huge roach in the master and the owner again didn’t think this was a big deal. we had lizards inside the home as well as other small creatures and this overall left the experience undesirable. When we both went home I had another roach inside my bag so did my friend. I would not stay at this property again. The owner offered us a $100 discount which is honestly offensive considering the cleaning fees attached to the property which was obviously not cleaned and needs pest control. Would not recommend.
