This modern, allergy-friendly, non-smoking vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained, quiet apartment building surrounded by plenty of greenery. The apartment is only about a 10- to 15-minute walk from the South Beach, downtown, and the wave pool. An adventure playground, a soccer field, an indoor tennis facility with outdoor courts, and a bakery are all right in the neighborhood.
The vacation apartment features a large, furnished southwest-facing balcony, a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with natural light. The light-filled living room features a cozy sitting area with an LCD TV (cable), a DVD player, a radio with a CD player, and a fold-out bed that sleeps two additional guests. In the kitchen, you’ll find a stove, oven, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and cutlery, along with a dining table with two chairs and two folding chairs. The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. All rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished. On the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture, you can admire the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine or an evening meal. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
