About this apartment rental
Welcome to Haus Seeigel, your comfortable vacation rental in Strandhafer on the beautiful island of Norderney. This inviting 45 m² accommodation can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups.
The two-room vacation apartment features four sleeping accommodations: a double bed (140 cm wide) in the bedroom for two people and a sofa bed (140 cm wide) for two additional people. You can enjoy your vacation on the large east-facing balcony on the first floor.
The apartment has its own entrance and was renovated and refurnished in 2023. The living/bedroom area features a kitchenette with all necessary appliances, a dining table for up to four people, and a comfortable sofa. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living/bedroom area and in the bedroom; Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
Our house is located in the historic Nordhelmsiedlung neighborhood. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the island’s eastern side here. The fine-sand Nordstrand beach is only about 500 meters away, giving you quick access to sunny days by the sea.
The “Junkmann” indoor riding arena, a mini-golf course, and bike rental shops are all within easy reach. Shopping and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the center of Norderney; public transportation is also a convenient option.
Dogs are expressly welcome.
The dune trails, the nearby grove, and the beach are perfect for walks and bike rides. From here, you can easily explore the eastern part of the island and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Die Wohnung ist vernünftig und gut ausgestattet und liegt am Stadtrand. Diese Lage haben wir uns ausgesucht, weil sie für Radtouren und Wanderungen perfekt ist.
Folgende negative Punkte möchten wir erwähnen:
- die Wohnung würde eine Renovierung vertagen, vieles wirkt abgenutzt. Leuchtmittel funktionierten nicht alle
- teilweise war die Grundreinigung vor unserer Ankunft nicht besonders gründlich durchgeführt
- die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler als auf den Fotos und entspricht damit nicht wirklich dem Internetauftritt
