Modern furnished holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony
The house is located in the small fishing village Seget Donji, three kilometers from the city center and the old town of Trogir, a part of town that since 1997 has been under the protection of UNESCO .The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. From your private sunny balcony (10m2) you can enjoy the beautiful view across Saldun's bay and of the islands of Hvar, Brac, Vis, Solta, Drvenik, Ciovo and the cities Trogir and Split.
There is also a barbecue for guests to use in consultation with the owner. Each apartment has its own parking space.
In our house we can offer accommodation in three apartments.
This apartment is on the first floor. It has one double bed bedroom with a sofa bed for one, a living room with another sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
It is also equipped with SAT/TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Distance to the sea is about 500 meters. Walking distance to the beach Hotel Medena is about 800 m. Car park is close to the beach.
On the beach of Hotel Medena it is offered various sports facilities (tennis, mini golf, jogging track, playgrounds for football, basketball, volleyball ...), children's entertainment (animation, children's playgrounds, children's disco...) , animation for adult (morning gymnastics, yoga, aerobics, dance school ...) , water sports ( jet ski, parachute, tubes, banana, water skiing, surfing, sailing ...), scuba diving, and lot of cafes and restaurants .
