Mühlengrund House - near the beach, central, quiet

The Mühlengrund Bungalow is situated on a lot of approximately 500 m², just a few steps from the beach and the spa promenade, yet in a very quiet location. Situated right next to the mill, nestled within a small park-like setting, the vacation home is set back from the street and not visible from it. The harbor and the wave pool are just a short walk away. Numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, a bakery, and a very beautiful “Park an der Mühle” are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space with a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) is included with the house. Thanks to its convenient location, a vacation without a car is no problem. The bungalow features its own small south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The detached vacation home is on the first floor (there are two steps leading up to the entrance). The house is laid out with a living room featuring a dining table, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a shower room with natural light, and a hallway with a coat closet. The large bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. You can use the Wi-Fi (fiber optic) free of charge. Dogs are allowed.
