This renovated flat in a typical Ligurian village house comprises a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
A second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available to guests and is located within the building on the same floor (included in the price). Total of 2 double bedrooms, sleeps up to 4. Private outdoor area with a panoramic terrace overlooking the historic village and the stream.
Equipment: air conditioning, independent heating, TV, fridge with freezer, small oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The property is located in the hamlet of Dolcedo, an authentic Ligurian inland village: Imperia and the sandy beaches of the coast are about 10 km away (less than 10 minutes by car). Public parking nearby.
Perfect for a couple or two couples of friends who want to experience the inland villages, the trails, the olive oil culture, while still having the sea very close.

Wir waren die ersten Bewohner nach einer aufwändigen Renovierung, somit viele Einrichtungsgegenstände komplett neu. Das konnte schon mal zu kleineren Problemen führen. So waren die Bratpfannen auf dem Herd nicht nutzbar. Eigentümer und Hausverwaltung waren aber immer erreichbar und haben sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank!
Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Fluß. Man kann dem Rauschen des Baches, den Fröschen und Schwalben lauschen. Dies wird nur durch das Läuten der Glocken der nahen Kirche unterbrochen.
Bis zu den Läden im Zentrum Dolcedos sind es nur wenige Meter über die alte Steinbrücke. Dort gibt es gute, kleine Restaurants und im schattigen Durchgang zur Kirche bei Massimo haben wir bei einem Bier oder Wein die Fußball-EM verfolgt.
Das Eis (ebenfalls im Durchgang) ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!
