Fantastic location for a perfect stay

Great location and good value for money

Great location and very clean. Very nice lady at breakfast.

Check in was complicated as we were travelling and didn’t have wifi. Wallpaper peeling off in room and very rough towels but great shower and products. A sliding door led straight from our room into the breakfast room so could hear everything! Also, breakfast items not laid out - had to ask for them from a fridge which was a bit off-putting and relatively little to choose from.

Beautiful B&B right in the center of historic Brescia

Ok, the location is amazing. Right in the center of town with a balcony in the common room, overlooking a beautiful piazza. The room was modern and comfy, loved the bed. In the bathroom there were loads of nice cosmetics, not just shower gel. The owner is super nice and makes her own cakes for breakfast! If you travel by car you can leave it at Autosilo1 which is a 3 min walk from the B&B and costs like 10 euro per day. Really recommend and would stay again!

Small things really. Door to the bathroom is weird so everyone watches you do your business. Breakfast could be bigger in variety. It would be great to have a balcony... IMPORTANT: You need to do online checkin on the day of arrival. Not an issue for me but f.e. my parents who don't have mobile data switched on, would have been very confused upon arrival. I wish we were informed about it earlier

Not the right place for us and a shame that Veronica does not respect boundaries when messenging

The location was very good - walkable to all of the sights but quiet. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated.

I unfortunately did not notice from the pictures that there is no actual bathroom in the room but rather two glass cubicles. This is a deal breaker for my travel companion and myself, so I would not have even booked this room if I had realized this. My communication with Veronica went from non-existent (my questions were left unanswered), to very pleasant (starting the day of arrival) to intrusive and unpleasant: She sent me a mail asking for a 10/10 rating to make up for some "revenge reviews" totally unrelated to us. I let her know that I did not feel the B&B warranted a perfect score and why. She then wanted to discuss this with me, so I tried to block all communication with her. She continued to message me via booking.com even after I threatened to make a complaint about her for harassment. Here I am on vacation, something no one has enough of, but she showed no regard for my wishes or boundaries. I hope never to have contact with her again! But I would like to mention that though I appreciate being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout, this is completely standard and the service is available at no charge even at the simplest of hostels. So acting like this is 5-star service is kind of embarrassing and indicative of not really having an idea of what is available at other hotels that cost significantly less.

Perfect place to stay to take advantage of all beautiful Brescia has to offer

The location was perfect, literally steps from the ‘must see’ places in Brescia, great restaurants and specialty shops. The accommodations were very clean and overlooked a charming square. It was extremely hot during our visit and the AC functioned exceptionally well. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of choices. Loved the chilled water tank - ideal to fill your water bottle before heading out to explore. Definetly our place to stay when returning to the city, especially given how accommodating and helpful our host was.

Lovely homely place to stay

Perfect location in the heart of the old town, picturesque view from the balcony, nice dining room with the possibility to use the refrigerator or to make a cup of coffee whenever needed, versatile breakfast selection, large rooms and a very good bed.

New AC made weird noises sometimes (in the middle of the night), but it should work itself in soon, then it will stop. Good thing was it kept the room perfectly cool, while it was very hot outside, so it was ok really. Suggest taking air plugs with you, just in case.

The breakfast room was a delight. It's bright and sunny and looks out on the square opposite and the choice of food and drinks was excellent. The location was ideal. Very close to everything. The bedroom was spacious and clean with enough places to accomodate bags etc. The host was pleasant and very helpful.

The bathroom was also spacious and clean but the entry into the shower was a little on the narrow side.

The property is charming, clean and beautifully furnished. It has a spacious common area where guests can enjoy breakfast and relax during the day. The bedroom is stylish, comfortable and well equipped (with some extra natural products for hair and skin care). The B&B is located in the heart of Brescia among elegant buildings and with a lovely view on the streets. Veronica is very kind and welcoming, clear in communication, and readily available for any issue or assistance. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is visiting Brescia!

rather outdated accommodation (furniture, bedding), too little bedding (very small bedcover), breakfast was „help yourself“ (no sign of hostess) and food in individual (industrial) packaging, promotion of cosmetics in the bathroom with sale prices??, room overlooking restaurant/bar and therefore quite loud

Great B&B close to all major points of interest in Brescia and a short 15 min walk from train station. I stayed in the Deluxe Room with Balcony, which was comfortable and had a good bathroom and very good shower (hard to find in Italy sometimes!). I was initially concerned about the road noise, being only one floor up from street level, but the balcony doors were double-glazed and it was very quiet at night. Really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was the self-serve type and was ample. The host, Veronica, was very friendly and accomodating.

The host family for our visit was extraordinary, and very apologetic for the onsite deficiencies.
