Myrsini's Castle House - Comfortable Residence with Large Balcony & Sea View

We had a truly special stay in this original home nestled within the castle walls, conveniently located close to the entrance. We were warmly welcomed by Rena, the most wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even left us some beautiful local products to sample. Knowing this was the home where Rena grew up made the experience even more meaningful, giving us a genuine glimpse into what life would have been like in this unique and magical part of the world. A truly authentic and memorable experience, made all the more special by Rena’s warmth and hospitality.

The location was wonderful. Very close to the gate of the castle, but very quiet. We had a beautiful view of the water from our lovely balcony. Our host was so helpful with activities to do and places to eat!

Our host Rena went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All her recommendations were spot on. The property was well equipped, the balcony was picturesque.

Nothing.

Our stay in Monemvasia was truly magical and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Rena was incredibly gracious, thoughtful, and welcoming. Her communication was excellent throughout our stay—always prompt, helpful, and considerate, making everything effortless and stress-free. The accommodations and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Every detail reflected the care and hospitality that Rena puts into hosting her guests. Monemvasia itself is breathtaking, but Rena’s kindness and attention made our visit even more special. Thank you, Rena, for helping create memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, and we highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Greece.

Everything plus the host is the sweetest. She feels like family. The best host I have ever experienced. Rena is incredible!
