Neighborhood was great, very clean room, and comfy bed.
Some loud city noise in the mornings, but to be expected when you want to stay in the city

Loved the whole setup: easy check-in, no problem with finding free street parking nearby while being really close to everything in Portland, beautiful and comfy furniture, nice decorations, clean bathroom. Nespresso Vertuo with a generous amount of pods is a nice touch. Kettle was also in the room which is rare nowadays. Decent amount of places to store luggage/clothes, everything was smooth and simple. Many brunch spots nearby if you want to pick up and bring food to the room in AM. Just a great hotel all around.
