Среди деревушки тихое место , с видом на озеро с родниками.

Максимально все просто і зручно.
Через забір води з штучно створеної водойми відчувається характерний запах води у ванній кімнаті.

Гарна, тиха територія, проте варто зауважити, що у вартість будинку не входить альтанка біля озера, окрема плата -500 грн, а також рибалка:2 снасті -300 грн, але про це не говорять коли дзвониш і питаєш саме про рибалку. На запитання: чому не сказали, то відповідь: а вы не спрашивали. Ок, якби клювало, а так риба в озері є, проте кльову, при всіх можливих наживках:0. Тому, кому хочеться тиші, то ок, але для рибалки точно ні.
Окрема плата за альтанку, рибалку. І погано працював кондиціонер
